50 days until the wedding....
It's been super rainy here and we are sick of it! Cold and rainy makes it hard to get up in the morning!
Everything is going great with us! It's been 2 weeks since I posted, and still nothing much has changed!
RSVPs are slowing down-so send them in!!! Also-the wedding block prices will end May 17th-so get your room ASAP if you want one.
We have our appointment with the pastor in 2 weeks and that will help us finalize plans such as what the day of the wedding will look like and allow us to work on our programs.
We are working on the loose ends now: paying off all the vendors (only the flowers left!) buying ceremony decor, and gifts for attendants.
Blake's side of the family is having a shower a week from Saturday. We are super excited to spend time with them and celebrate :)
My work is throwing me a shower next Wednesday which will be a lot of fun as well!

Bridal Shower Weekend :)
64 days to go....
I can't believe that my bridal shower has come and gone. It was the most beautiful day and celebration I could have ever asked for. It was such a special time to see my friends and family. Even my sister flew up :) Pictures to come soon!
I wish I had lots to update but it's been a slower time the last few weeks. RSVPs are coming in so we have been working on those! Also, we are working on putting away the wonderful gifts we received. Which, of course, entails thank you cards! Which is where we have been working hard!
All but one bridesmaids dress is in, so a trip to Lake Geneva to pick them up with be happening soon.
Sorry for the boring, nothing super new post! Lots should be picking up soon. Please be praying for my Uncle-he has been on and off life support.

My dreams have turned to good!
76 days left!!!!!
For the last year, I've had terrible wedding dreams: my stepdad pushing me down the aisle, me wearing blue jeans, forgetting to do my hair and make-up. One after another...but last night it was a GREAT dream. Everything turned out great :) So glad I got to wake up that way!
Dinner has been picked. It will remain a surprise :) It won't be anything wedding cliche- no chicken marsala or cream of mushroom soup!
The next step is the cake. We know the flavor and what we want, we just have to pick the design- super easy right? NOT! I was all ready on Wednesday to pick one out of a book but the options were endless!
One more week until my first shower, I can hardly believe it. We are excited to celebrate with our friends and family. My sister is even flying in!
Blake has been busy working and shopping for ceremony decorations. We have to meet with our insurance guy and sign those papers. And picking out bridesmaid shoes NEEDS to get done, who knew it would be so hard!
Unfortunately, my weekend has been hit by a cold. I'm going to balance some rest into my weekend so I can get better for my shower next week. Wedding stuff might slow down the next week, Blake will be helping me out a little today :)
